In the dark woods afraid... but not alone, a feeling I attempt to capture in my Halloween inspired release "Geometricide". Heavily inspired by many horror video games and movies this tune had to be one of the most fun I had working on to date. As I worked I got heavily in depth with creating several atmospheres as the track progressed and really trying to inject a sense of urgency and fear through several different types of elements such as creating my own foley and atonal noises to really get the mind working and wonder what is happening next. This is my first attempt to making a talking bassline that does NOT use Modern Talking, mainly using a different soft synth with some choice effects and WOW Filter along with some intricate automation and audio chopping and a dash of vocodex! ;-)

Back in 2016 DMVU dropped a dubstep heater titled 'Bloccd' featuring super fat sub lines and minimal arrangement. The track was an instant classic. And quickly became a staple on my weekly radio show BREAKFM.

I wrote a remix of the track about a year or so ago, however the project was lost due to an issue with one of my older hard drives the project was on. All that remained, was the last bounce of the project. I never got a chance to add the final touches, but nonetheless every time I demo this track out live I get such a great response. Figured it was time to share on my channel. Enjoy!
