Is that the voice sample from Squarepusher - Come On My Selector? :)

One day, outside the police station next to my studio, they were letting kids take turns yelling stuff through the megaphone in one of the cars. Their high pitched voices sounded really bizarre, so I immediately started recording, and used little snippets of those sounds to make much of this tune.
