An oldie but goldie. I wrote, programmed and produced this song years ago. I've never made it public, I never even thought it was that good but it seems to fit my mood at the moment.

Hey so these are some of the remixes. I managed to get my hands on the acapellas and reworked my own music around the vocals. Still not a hundred percent sure if I'm allowed to throw remixes up on this site yet, but these are awesome and I'm doing it anyways. So I selected "Creative Commons" and that makes it ok right?

Daft Punk wrote the score, which was arranged by Joseph Trapanese with the use of an 85 piece symphony orchestra. Then I got my hands on it. At the time, it was totaly organic. All wood and strings and brass, no electronics or anything. I thought it was a remarkably wonderful, short little snippet of perfectly done cinematic drama. You remember the scene in the movie where the main charachters were driving through the outlands in that dune buggy? Yeah that track! Really nice. Anyways, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the score was conducted using a metronome, I think it sat right at 90 bpm. It was like, begging to be remixed. Then I went of on some wild electronic tangent (sort of like I'm doing now)

The wait is over. Prepare yourself for ElectricSky. No doubt that this streamlined, charming, and totally original work will make even inanimate objects get up and dance. It's all about the bass here folks. This song isn't really about anything, nor is it a remix of any kind, it's really my first attempt using a new method of bassline creation. I'll let you other producers in on a secret... This was done almost entirely with FLstudio's tried and true 3xOscillator synth (yeah, the little purple guy) Every automation was hand designed, and the only prerecorded sample I used was the Japanese flute lick in a couple spots in the drop, in the middle of the song. Needless to say, even though this is my first go, I'm awfully proud of myself. Thanks to all the fans for constant praise and undying support.

First track with the new Machine. We are now capable of processing higher polyphony, basically meaning more synthesizers of a higher quality. We can also shoot lightning bolts from our fingertips, and travel through time.

GiveMeMore [HyperDrive Ft. Britney Spears]

Hey, this is another entry at Indaba Music. This sorta happened in less than two days so I have room for modifications as the submission isn't due for almost three weeks. This is a beautiful track. We try to fuse Techno, Trance, Dubstep and Electro House ALL into one magnificent piece. I enjoy aspects of all of these particular genres and it's a goal of mine to seamlessly weave them all together. This is for the advanced dancer. Have your breakdance spins, pops and locks, robots and glowstrings armed. I hope you enjoy saturating yourself with this track as much as I did producing it. Please feel free to comment!

The Machine Army [HyperDrive Original Production]

LMFAO, Party Rock Anthem, remixed by yours truly. This is mostly the finished version, fit for previewing. It's still got some work to do, as I started this remix from scratch (bad DJ joke) but as always, all the music is mine. I used the acapella of this song as a sample and programmed all the other sounds myself. People say this is better than the original, and I totally agree. That's always the goal with the remixes. Make it better. I had to program all my effects and transitions on my own, as I haven't loaded any of my sound effects since the Crash, but I took some cues from Deadmau5 on simplicity and I think it worked out well. This is my first try at 100% Dubstep. It's still a work in progress, but I'm enjoying this track so far. It's fast paced bass manipulation with a slower paced beat, it's a bit out of the box, and as always, every sound was programmed from scratch. It's just better that way, gives me more creative control. Anyways, I'm counting on your feedback to make this track even better. I love you all, thanks for listening!

Cheers! My name is James. I've been into producing electronic music for nearly thirty years (yeah, since before windows 3.1) and it's sort of... well, my destiny. Anyways, I have an affection for Trance, Dub-Step and Electro House, as far as most modern electronica is concerned. I respect all music, though.
