Waajeed’s 2022 long player, Memoirs of Hi-Tech Jazz, was an aural love letter to his hometown of Detroit; an amalgam of the city’s history, coalescing the personal, political and, of course, musical past.

From the Motown soul assembly line to J Dilla’s musically dense Hip-Hop to The Stooges’ proto-Punk to the birth of Techno, the music of the Motor City has spread across the globe inspiring countless artists who in turn went on to create their own forms and genres.

Emulating this movement and transmutation, the Memoirs of Hi-Tech Jazz remixes 12” sees artists from three continents repurpose elements from across the LP, transforming them into productions stamped with their own trademark styles whilst retaining the spirit of each original:the UK’s Mark Broom loops sections of Right Now while speeding up the BPM for a classic UK-style techno remix; Ghana-born Yazzus takes on The Ballad of Robert O’Bryant adding a surprising number of twists and turns for a five-and-a-half-minute piece; Australians Jensen Interceptor and Assembler Code close the 12” out with their take on the album’s title and opening track neatly closing the loop, bringing us full circle to the start of the LP.

The release of Memoirs…remixes add another facet to the immensely heartfelt tribute to Detroit from one of its most talented citizens and a true milestone in the Tresor catalogue.

Australian NHS boss Galtier and UK label Synes co-founder Druid team up for a collaborative EP 'Stone Hardware'. The EP’s four tracks are a collection of solo works and collaborative efforts from both producers recorded throughout the duration of late 2020 and early 2021, taking form as a hybrid collection of club-ready dancefloor destroyers.


The established end product of this EP is evident in the release’s title – an organic, primitive sound palette that frequents Galtier’s dynamic sound as heard in the last few years, combined with Druid’s mechanized futurism taken straight from the streets of Neo-Tokyo. Unknown Fate is a collaborative live project between German experimental techno artist OAKE and British producer and live performer Samuel Kerridge. 
Self-described as the ‘power metal techno’ duo, the project was born from an Atonal commission. On April 10th, UF are dropping ‘Unknown’,
their debut EP and four tracks of unadulterated sonic warfare.

"Forged through friendship, addiction, and debauchery, UF is the sum of our parts. It’s taken over a decade to formulate these ideas and the noise is palpable. Pack your end of world survival bags and prepare yourselves for the ensuing riot.” 

Samuel Kerridge and OAKE started creating music together when they shared a studio in Berlin, and have been making music together for a decade. This is the first time that they have released music, and it’s been a long time in the making. Initially just a live act, this year sees the duo releasing two EP’s in April and May with an album in the pipeline - they will also be embarking on a live tour. As stand alone artists they have a cult following and have been pushing boundaries with their live performances.

Reminiscing about the leadup to their Atonal debut OAKE speaks on the magic when creating music together, "There were no egos, there was just this pure energy of whatever goes goes, if someone doesn’t like something, we throw it out - just striving for a sound that would satisfy us both and not giving a single
fuck about what anyone else would think. It all felt so natural and easy. Unlike any other collaboration I had done before. We wanted to create something for that space in Kraftwerk, that huge power plant, that massive building with its huge walls and concrete columns: a sound that would fill that entire space and rip people's ears off. The most exciting part was that no one, not even our partners had heard any of the music we were going to play. Also Atonal did not have an idea what was coming for them. Playing that night, a show that was only 38 minutes long was pure ecstasy. We both were high on adrenaline and
became addicted to that feeling and knew, we wanted to make more of this.”

Neither Timothy J. Fairplay, nor Norwell are strangers to the Dalmata Daniel family: both of them are trustworthy contributors to DD compilation albums of earlier years, plus Norwell has released his 'ODD' EP and ‘Joint Spaceflights’ EP back in 2017 and 2019 on the label. So this time, it’s a return for Norwell, and a debut for Mr. Fairplay: their DDS09 split EP is here to present 4 tracks full of outer space lights, eerie vibes, mesmerizing beats and cosmic energies.

Timothy J. Fairplay’s side A starts with the explicit kicks and ominous basslines of ‘Caliber 9’. Slowly and steadily, the laser blasts and relentless drums all add up to define a world of space cadets on the run, where any odd-looking figure can turn out to be a malignant, speedy alien. ‘TV Tower’ takes us to another planet with an even higher rotation velocity. Fast percussion elements and squished lower frequencies take center stage in this intergalactic episode, but the whistle-like melodies and descending, bubbling robot signals make the journey complete.

Flip to side B, and enter the contemplating, otherworldly atmospheres of Norwell. ‘Midnight Rituals’ gives you the chills with its breath-like swooshes, grievous sirens and deadly asteroid belts. Yet, there is no need to worry: after an intense ride with your spaceship, eventually you end up in the same spot, where you started: in the stable and steady mid-tempo beats of an expertly-programmed drummachine. The orbital mission comes to an end with ‘Natives’, a dense and heroic hymn with emotive structures and well-crafted harmonics. The track starts with the bittersweet, lamenting synths of a solo voice, pouring their heart out in the spotlight, all alone on the stage. All of a sudden, a hard-hitting, rhythmic groove commences its last rush of dedicated cadences. It is full of breaks, it is full of 303s, completed with airy echoes and dreamy, light gestures. ‘Natives’ keeps on building its structure with elegant paces, providing a massive, yet delicate experience of Norwell’s defined aesthetics. The track lets the last strokes of its gloomy synths roll out, along with the final round of looping drums, thus putting an end to DDS09.

After making several notable appearances on our Crysta Ampullaris compilation series, Ayuji finally unveils his debut EP 'New Borders' on La Forge. As skilled on the keyboard as behind the decks, he has been shaping spiritual, energetic and hypnotic electronic music as part of the collective since 2019. The four tracks, crafted over the past two years between France and the Indian Ocean, are greatly influenced by travel, its philosophy, its initiatory nature and its ability to transcend us by confronting us with otherness.

Deploying a sonic palette oscillating between techno, trance and progressive house, Ayuji plays with contrasts and finds the perfect balance between groove and melody. He manages to coexist the vast expanses of his travels with the sweaty intimacy of the club, making ‘New Borders’ an EP calibrated as much for listening as for the dancefloor.

The result is four euphoric, introspective, and psychedelic tracks, from the enchanting melodies of 'The Way Of The Shaman' to the psychedelic textures of 'First Contact' and 'Planet Inferno' to the resolution of 'Dina Morgabin', a sweet reverie over an irresistible ternary rhythm.

For Sameheads, Andrea & Alexander release their first material together, acting as a kind of trailer to an upcoming album released later this year on R-I-O. The track “Olias” finally gets its press after once being performed live at the fabled Sameheads festival “City of a Thousand Suns”… those were the days eh…..

On the Mutant Radio side, fresh talent TINA delivers her debut release, and for that matter, the first ever track Mutant have put onto a piece of vinyl….. The track “Vacation” is the squelchy black sheep counter balance to the silky synth vibe of the other side. Just how they like it.

The release will be up for pre-order from next week, and the digital stuff too…. Just the 300 copies available…… So,,, fix up look sharp……

Join us on a journey through space and time with the debut album of Jeremiah Soft, the mystical figure now returning to Dalmata Daniel. He made the album between November 2021 and June 2022, a time during which he got closer to nature, long walks, and existing in forests in general. Through 9 tracks and 60 minutes, we can wander around atmospheric universes, walk up the hills and down the paths of the mind of the artist.

Throughout the whole album, a sense of calmness is prevalent regardless of the rapidity of the songs. A dichotomy is created by the soft, acoustic sounding melodies and the quick, abruptly changing, metallic drum patterns. Just like the wilderness, it becomes a balanced system of tranquil harmony and tense alertness.

Following a near three year hiatus, we're back from the abyss armed with a long overdue EP from label mainstay Barium Network.

This time exploring hypnotic and transcendent territories, 'Echo's Rift' features three stripped back exercises in smudged out melody, ethereal textures and otherworldly ambience.

From the slowly evolving choral reprise of 'The Ascent', to the eerie sense of shifted reality in 'The Field', to the psychedelic trance-like propulsion in 'The Entity', there's a potent, hallucinatory edge to 'Echo's Rift' that places you in a zone of inexplicable and dangerous beauty.

The EP ends with a stunning remix from La French, an eight minute after hours odyssey that merges 90s trip hop, sun soaked guitar work and Dilla-esque beats to end things on an endorphin-rich high.

The EP is released on 19.4.2024 on professionally dubbed, limited apricot cassettes and digital via Bandcamp

While others are constantly holding their faces up to the cameras, generating targeted content for
more followers and clicks and diligently stick to their marketing plans to reach the top, Benedikt
Schmidt a.k.a. Snuffo would rather avoid the whole silly circus.

The Majorca-based German artist prefers to drink coffee and to gaze uncomprehendingly at all the
silhouettes of the market-optimized business techno world out there.

He is definitely not interested in bloated and totally polished productions.
Snuffo's techno and electro is raw, dirty and imperfect. Why spend days searching for the ultimate
sound when a track can be recorded live so that it feels much more authentic and real?

While others jet-set to the big festivals to deliver the big flawless show, he feels more comfortable
playing as a live act in dark underground clubs.

Snuffo follows his own, often rocky path. Instead of marketing himself as a product, he prefers to
remain an artist and a human being, with all his rough edges, flaws and quirks.

And instead of bending over backwards just to fit to the industry‘s demands, he says more and more
often NO — and stands up to unfavorable developments.

On "Coffee and Silhouettes", his second EP for Freddy Fresh's Analog Records, Snuffo brings
together six new tracks that are wild and unbridled. This is music for hot club nights and for the real
techno DJs and ravers.

The artwork and EP name pay tribute to a legendary American filmmaker who proves time and
again how much cooler it is outside the mainstream.

Born and raised in the sunny hills of Luberon, in the south of France, Immersif knows exactly how to get hearts beating to the beat of his music. Already recognisable on the house scene, he comes to Sengiley Recordingas his four-track multi-genre release - The Creative Act EP. It's a true creative act that makes you immerse yourself in a world of sounds and emotions.

The Creative Act talks about the process of artistic creation : how we digest how our inspirations to give life to something new and personal, and the contrast between all the self-doubtness and the "strokes-of-genius-feelings" that reach us when we're making music.

Belvedere 707 - was made just after a digging journey trough the late 2010's lo-fi house era, and the chicago deep house scene from the late 90's / early 2000's. The result is a tribute track melting this two differents but very similar eras of the deep house spectrum, united by a melancholic spirit and a minimalistic approach.

Winter in a seaside resort - as indicated by his name, i have produced this track coming back from a winter holiday break along the mediterranean french coast, in the peaceful town of "Le Grau-du-Roi", totally deserted at this period. I was driving at sunset through the empties palm trees alleys, fascinated by the strong nostalgic feeling emerging from this scenery. The result is a melancholic track, with breaky drums, dubby stabs and g-funk synths, all that through my mind when i was thinking about this memories.

Are You Still Watching - is a story-telling track, no genres, no pre-defined schemas, just tryin to musically represent some memories, the most difficult but also the funniest exercise.
