“Pills” is the generic that spanish filmmaker Alberto Adsuara uses to name each of the parts of his latest experiment: Cinema / Materialism ( www.youtube.com/c/Cine-materialismo/videos ) is a YouTube channel dedicated to commenting on more or less well-known but all exceptional movie sequences.

I introduce here just eight tracks (and the channel tune) of the 33 I have created till now to illustrate those Pills (you can hear more at https://victoriacontreras.bandcamp.com/album/cine-materialismo-soundtrack-pills ), a major play and fun because the very diverse tones of the commented films allow me to experience very different sound extremes (rhythms, orchestrations, emotional nuances).

The Cinema/Materialism channel adds a juicy new video (in spanish with english subtitles) every two weeks: subscribing is the best option to receive an email communication and stay up-to-date with news.

Cinema Materialism (Soundtrack pills)

26 different loops (almost half are melodies) make up the complete soundtrack of VULCANO video game (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vulkanoTest ). I hope the music to be as entertaining as the game itself and I will be satisfied if the user does'nt want to press - at least, immediately!- the "mute" button. 

As a summary, I have constructed these three artificial themes, which juxtapose in order the different ones that sound during the game:

From the images, the author reflects aloud on different aspects that will force us as spectators of both films (the film and its commentary) to deepen our own interpretation of what we see and remember.

LoveBirds - Blues

Randomly, 3 different states interrupt the main music theme of the level (and complicate the game): hear in this mix first the Fat State, followed by Jason State, and finally the Rabbits State.
