For the sixth chapter of the Navigare Audio Podcast we got the privilege to have the multi faceted creative artist and sound-sorceress, Henrii Havaas from Norway.

"It was such a pleasure and bit of an emotional journey to create this mix for the Navigare Podcast Series. This is my first podcast I have made in the fields of Techno, so therefore I was not quite sure how I wanted this musical storytelling to develop. What I can say is this, the Ambient in the beginning is reflecting the time I have spent in solitude and rebirthing myself from life changing happenings this year. From there on I wanted to mirror a groundnes and a dance with the elementary power, sort of finding back to your roots kind of thing. 

All together, this journey is about celebrating being a human being, loving every single version of yourself and honouring the music that makes us flow, here and now."

This 5th edition features; KR:DS

KR:DS is the moniker of India’s minimal techno top crop Folic State.
With experience spanning over a decade in the electronic music scene as a Producer and DJ, it was about time to launch KR:DS. His sound is minimalistic and organic; focusing on the deeper, driving, atmospheric side of techno. That gave birth to ‘Cosmic Principles’ his debut 5 track EP with 3 originals and 2 remixes by Alexskyspirit and Decoder via Observant. Being fresh and original, the EP gained a lot of buzz locally and internationally with support from techno wizards; Fabio Florido, Dax J, Kaiser, Noir, Polygonia, Norbak, Justine Perry, Paula Koski, XHEI, Kohra and more. After a successful debut release, KR:DS was invited to make a remix for Edward Bei on Berlin based label Charybdis. Followed by his single, ‘Lost In Loop’ via Occultech.

Never discouraged to go dark and deep, his emotive audio selections are his own therapy. Intrigued from a young age with his parents electronic music cassettes (Jean-Michel Jarre “Oxygene”), Adrian’s path gathered a wide spectrum of electronic musical influences. At present time, this translates into a variety of musical tastes with an accent on deep bass sounds. Every single set he plays, renders into a unique blend of sounds that takes you on a journey, shuffling through different ages and subgenres.
