First recording in a while. I was inspired by the fact that we would host the first LnX in two years´ time in March 2022. The last one was cancelled around that time of the year in 2020, so it was about time. 
Then I had no idea I would be spending the date thousands of kilometers away in a country at war.

It’s another summer day, the days gets shorter, but the weather is still fine. You are bored of laying on the beach and think of having fun with your friends outdoor. In this moment, you remember it’s corn season and what’s better than wandering around in a corn maze?! So, let’s do it! As you enter the corn maze, you are immediately surrounded by towering corn stalks that seem to stretch endlessly in every direction. The rustling sound of the leaves and the earthy smell of the cornfield create an immersive and exciting atmosphere. Suddenly, you hear some dull bass sounds and follow the melodies. In the end the music successfully navigates you through the maze and brings you to the exit. As a reward for this hard challenge, you are invited for dancing to Disko Promillo Mixtape by @serotoni_music.

SEROTONI is a neurotransmitter for the dance floor. A chemical combination of Italo Disco, Indie Dance, Bouncy House and a pinch of Dark Disco. The music quickly binds to the receptors of the audience and makes their neurons vibrate to the rhythm of the BPM. Sometimes dreamy on melancholic synthy arpeggios, sometimes driving on a wave of pressing basslines. In any case, but always what the head just needs forgetting the everyday life - even if it’s just for a moment.

Nicht unbedingt ein Mix, mit dem man an einem Winterabend eine Flasche Rotwein in der Wanne köpft. Eher so ein verblitzter Flotto mit Schuss. Was schon irgendwie auch Sinn macht, da im Wintergarten eh niemals irgendjemand Rotwein bestellt...

Q: Talking about your mix. How did you select the tracks and what do these tracks still mean to you?

A: I have chosen the songs with a super hammer bass that first came into my mind, thinking of the days when music started to seriously infect and influence me. They make me so happy and feel the love! 

Q: After finishing a horrible year 2020 we really look forward into better times this year. What do you expect in 2021?

A: I expect 2021 to get even more horrible. Watch out for my new band “The Vampires” on their “Blood on the Dance Floor” tour.

Q: Which projects are you currently working on?

A: Going to Hollywood. We are working hard on a deal with the producers of “The Return Of The Living Dead V”. Press thumbs!
