Desde 2018 vem explorando as nuances da música eletrônica, com uma forte influência das atmosferas psicodélicas do rock progressivo. Sua jornada musical é guiada pelo desejo de criar experiências de conexão e imersão, conduzindo a pista de dança a estados de transe 
profundo.
Dedica-se a compor sets que mergulham no lado ritualístico da música. Seu trabalho é marcado por atmosferas profundas, melodias hipnóticas e ritmos dançantes, combinando elementos tecnológicos e orgânicos para criar uma sonoridade única e envolvente.
Além de suas apresentações, tem sido uma peça-chave na organização e curadoria de eventos na região, oferecendo suporte técnico e artístico. Atualmente, conduz seu curso de discotecagem e mixagem, onde compartilha seu conhecimento e experiência com novos talentos.

Francesca a.k.a Psykia, is an eclectic DJ and Producer from the underground music scene, her first contact with music was at the age of six when she started learning violin.

She studied classical music throughout her adolescence but at the same time was introduced to electronic music, thanks to her brother DJ Sword, a great collector of trance and techno vinyls from their very beginnings.
Initially she was intrigued by ambient, electro,techno and trip hop sonorities, later she discovered the psychedelic trance sound and became involved in the psychedelic culture, she wanted to go deeper into it and went to study Electronic Music Production at Rome’s “University of Music” and left 2 years later with a Diploma.

In 2006 she earned a study grant and went to Goa to write an anthropological research on the Goa trance movement for the University La Sapienza in Rome, after writing a brilliant thesys she then published a book whose title is “Trancefloor: an Ethnographic Research on the Soundscapes of Dancing Souls.”

After spending few months in Goa later in 2008, she had the chance to play her first set on the beautiful location of Anjuna Beach, that's when she began her journey as DJ exploring all the nuances of forest/dark/psytrance but also progressive, techno and chillout.

Psykia has been djing around the world for many years now, she has also started making her own sounds lately and realeased tracks for Lycantrop Records and Forestdelic Records.

She is currently based in London but she never stops travelling all over the world and playing at major parties and festivals alongside the biggest names on the international psy-trance scene; she played at massive events in Uk, also many gigs in India and Spain  where she was based for a while and where now she goes back to play almost every year, she has been playing almost everywhere in Europe, she also worked as Stage Manager at Wao Festival and Black Moon Festival, in 2014 she joined Vantara Vichitra Records(India), in Feb. 2015 she went on a India tour, in March 2015 she joined Milega Records (Japan) and in 2016 she went again on a India tour supported by her 2 indian labels Vantara Vichitra and Temple Twister.

Now she is back in Europe getting ready for the summer season and she just joined Banyan Record, one of the best forest labels in Europe ..
