Hamburg’s Sidney Charles is an accolade-laden producer and DJ, whose take on house music is known amongst fans as ‘The Sidney Sound’ - one built on heavy low ends, the immediate impact of chunky drums, cavernous low frequencies and hard hitting rhythms that connect directly with your body. It’s important to note however, that despite his prominence, he holds a distinct affinity for the underground scene and aims to do his part in keeping it alive.

In recent years, Sidney has made a tangible transition in sound that now sees him fully immersed in the realms of minimal deep house, releasing on labels such as Heavy House Society, No Art & PIV Records. As the fifteenth invitee to our EQUINOX Invites series, we’re overjoyed to see Sidney contributing to a scene we’re so fond of - providing us with an hour's worth of serious groovers that will have you dancing anytime, anywhere.
