Right now there is a 10 year old kid, who is forced to raise his 3 year old sister because his mother is 23 and feels she can still hit the club and be a parent.  Next door to that situation is a 17 year old kid hooked on herion.  They have no moral support, no rehab center, and no one to talk to.  They will most likely be an addict the rest of their life.  These are the people that have no voice.  No one to talk for them.  So I'll talk for them.
