'The ever growing Belgian, Igor Vicente, combines forces with Romanian's young talent Dubphone to deliver a powerful two track EP on Cyclic's little brother label Double Trouble, Romania.
Gravity takes centre stage and it comes as no surprise as this track comes stacked with all the right ingredients. Rolling drums, huge female vocals, dreamy atmospherics and a bassline that shakes your whole body is sure to leave any dancefloor screaming and shouting for more. On the flip to the lead, the two producers deliver another simple yet brilliant collaboration known as 'Out of Time'. Making its way into the EP, 'Out of Time' is clearly more up beat and designed for a different time of the party; intense vocals, dreamy atmospherics and a bassline with all the frequencies and groove to keep your shoulders moving when the night goes long.

Established Ibizian producer, August Artier is invited for remix duties and yet again, does a spectacular job. Showing appreciation to the original, he uses the vocals in a very similar style, however this time round we find him injecting his own twist of moods heavily influenced by modular sounds.'

Biotop proudly welcomes Indian ambassador Pawas back to the label. One year after his acclaimed Versus Vol.1 EP, he’s back with the follow-up, Versus Vol.2 - this time accompanied by two very good friends.

Pawas kicks off the EP with Else, inspired by the open air club of the same name run by Berlin’s Wilde Renate crew. After a few hours dancing the day away with his favourite DJs, Pawas felt a strong wave of motivation and followed it straight into his studio - located in the Renate building just across the Elsen bridge - to write the song.

For the second track, Pawas teamed up with another precious Biotop artist: Mastra. Their track together, In Your Love, is a very special tune, with every musical element played live by the duo at Mastra’s analog cave in Bern, Switzerland. The final gem, Musk, delights with its disco influences, produced by Pawas and his Indian friend Gokul Rao Kadam in Bangalore, India.

While we have a strong crew of regular artists that define a lot of what Circus Company is about, we
are of course always looking ahead and all around us as well. It gives us no greater buzz than to be
able to help offer a platform to an artist like Andrey Pushkarev, who has devoted much of his life to
electronic music but is only now achieving his debut single.
From years working as a DJ and distributor in Moscow, Andrey has been slowly absorbing the finest
elements of stripped, deep house and techno and channeling it into his elegant, well-researched
performances both on the radio and all over Russia and Europe. Exercising patience in venturing into
the world of production, the Gingo Biloba release is the perfect realisation of time spent studying and
understanding what makes a great track.
These are tracks made by a DJ for a DJ, finding the ideal groove and riding it hypnotically to melt
seamlessly into neighbouring tunes, but more than function, this music has superior form. They say
the sign of a great DJ is how well they can play the warm-up set, and these tracks lend themselves to
this philosophy. Rather than vying for attention with bold, dramatic peak-time cuts, Andrey shares with
us a vision of the perfect lead-in to a long night, where crisp, elegant drums move with purpose while
dubby trails of synth and vapour weave around them.
It is an incredibly mature statement to make from one so new to releasing music, and it adds a
timeless quality to this record that does not need the popularity or hype of the latest, biggest hits. It is a
beautiful demonstration of rhythm and immersion that will echo deep for decades to come.
