Yes, it is that special time of year, this year even moreso, as we return to arguably the most important event in our scene's calendar. We are 1st class into Schilpol as ADE kicks off this week, with the worlds DJ Cognoscenti back in town to showcase their skills and the labels they represent. 

To compliment this months Exclusive Series session from Alfonso, we're going Double Dutch!! PFG bringing you another DJ on the Plethora Muzik Presents ADE night, a veteran of the scene in Holland who knows ADE inside out. We are delighted to connect your soul to the fantastic ... Clay Van Dijk!!!

Inspired by the first mixing programs on Dutch radio, Clement Van Dijk started DJ'ing in the early 80’s. Being the music obsessive that he is, it didn’t take him very long to find a local club (Display)in which to showcase his skills. 

After doing so for a couple of years the promoters of Arnhem's hottest dance club, Luxor, offered him a monthly residency. This gave Clay the opportunity to play alongside almost every well-known DJ in Holland, and abroad in countries such as Mexico, Germany, England and Greece amongst others.

This quietly-spoken DJ from Teuge has always understood what makes people dance, but never compromised his vision of what good music should be like. By continuously following his favourite waxmasters in the early days, like John Digweed, Sasha, Nick Warren and Hernan Cattaneo, he developed his love for Progressive House music. As of now, he's a big fan of producers like Guy J, Marcelo Vasami, Alex O'Rion, Matter, GMJ and many more

Clay loves to joyfully connect our souls on the dancefloor, with his magical mix creating a soundtrack of progressive, deep house and melodic techno music. His speciality is creating an atmosphere whereby the audience is taken to a different musical level. He will transport you on a rare, extraordinary and psychedelic musical trip in to the deep space of the progressive underground.

Nowadays you can find him as a resident in the best underground club in Amsterdam, The Recycle Lounge Gallery Club, and in the famous hotspot Club NL. Here he is the organizer of the party's 'Connecting Souls' and 'HUG' (Holland Under Ground)

 And every 1st Friday of the month Clay van Dijk has his popular radio show 'Connecting Souls' on Proton Radio. So if you’re in the mood for a party, let Clay take you on his musical journey...Love, Beats and Progressive!

Hey everybody! We are really proud and happy to share this mix at the end of a big year that was 2022!

The year has felt like many years in many ways with the rollercoaster of challenges as well as highs.
Musically we were able to travel and build and expand our Meanwhile brand, and amongst that find new inspiration for the music we love.

Our intention is always to connect with the cosmic within us to be the bridge to manifest the sound that comes through us.

With that in mind, we wanted to bring forward a deep and introspective journey for this mix that reflected and resonated with our path as both artists and music lovers.

We really wanted to do something different; our intention and feeling was to create something timeless that listeners will want to keep coming back to… a listening experience more than a pure dancefloor set.
Most of our mixes these days being label owners and producers contain a lot of the freshest music we have access to which is always exciting, but for this we wanted more of a journey over a wider span of time and to present a flow that remains deep and reflective, with timeless tunes that fit no matter when or where they were written.

Of course there is some fresh stuff there from our labels and ourselves, as well as a few edits we have made especially for this mix.

We hope you all enjoy this journey; we poured our heart and soul into it and we are honoured to share this as the last 333 mix for the year that was 2022.
