Sequenced on the Oberkorn and tweaked live. Thanks to "I Don't Like Ducks", I got my reverb to clean up (I just needed some attenuation - Eurorack signals are hot!) and I'm really pleased with how this turned out.

My wife and kids are away and this track is my approximation of how that feels.

D-day veteran Harry Billinge gave an incredible interview on BBC News recently, speaking movingly of his love for his brothers in arms and his saviour Jesus Christ. I laid it over this track simply because I loved what he had to say. I've been into acid house lately, reminiscing about the days of Propellorhead Software's Rebirth and getting excited about the Behringer TD-3 (which I can't afford to buy but would love to play!).

Seems I have to record this dock every other year when I visite Uniluoto community on the West Coast of Finland. One strange thing is, that this dock is absolutely mute all other time, except December. And there must also be a good swell to have this magnificent talk!

Sequenced on the Beatstep Pro, bassline is going through the Wasp filter - absolutely LOVe this filter. It does incredible sub-bass but I had to edit that bit out because the waveform went all square on screen!

I'm gonna squint

My youngest daughter had a toddler ragefit this evening and this song was my calm down time afterwards!

Simplest patch I've ever recorded - just a slightly off sinewave, with a bit of LFO modulation, into a low pass gate, into a crossfader with a delay, into the mixer with a reverb.

I played it live using the pads on the Beatstep Pro
