I’m Not The DJ is the musical alter ego of a Caracas-born creative who grew up between Venezuela, Orlando (Florida), and Spain. Although he’s been spinning tracks and shaping vibes at parties and bars for over 20 years, he never called himself a “real DJ” — for him, music has always been a passion, a playground, and a powerful way to bring people together.

Since 2022, he’s been brewing attitude into bottles through Mr Cool Cat Craft Beer, his own artisanal beer brand that mixes craft brewing, good vibes, and musical spirit. In 2025, he launched his independent label, The Sonic Groove Syndicate, as a way to push his sound even further and connect his community through rhythm and attitude.

A Cosmic Summer Vol. 1 is his debut album — a sonic manifesto blending electronic music, funk, retro house, Latin percussion, bossa nova, tango electrónico, rock, and drum & bass, all wrapped in warm, cosmic textures. Each track is a postcard from tropical nights and dance floors where anything can happen.

This is not a set. It’s a statement.
The summer just got cosmic.
