"I wanted to create something colourful but still energetic and somehow it slipped more into techno along the way (perhaps a side effect of living in Berlin) but I feel it represents a selection of music I've both recently fallen in love with and music I've rekindled my appreciation for, it feels like a nice way to connect the dots between those two worlds and the styles I've been obsessed with over the years."

“This mix is a pretty straight-up reflection of where I’m at right now as a DJ," BAKEY explains. "A mixture of UKG, a few techno bits, and some percussive bass. It’s definitely more heads-down than what I’d play at a festival. Feels more like the kind of set I’d run in a dark, low-ceiling room, proper sound, with a close crowd that’s super locked in.”
