I love this song but this is one of those songs that are really good but people take a glance and are like "ew this is new, lemme listen to KERMITLOVANIA instead". It's a shame. This song is too good to be buried under that garbage.

Putting the year in the titles of some to signify the age, because they can be a bit rough around the edges (like this one). I believe with this one I was trying out a vaporwave-y type thing.

Deltarune - Hip Shop (2018 Cover)

In my planning of this orchestration, I felt that a traditional transition would sound too similar to the original track, especially if I used the same drums. Seam has this pretty chill indifferent attitude to the player, but the melody here is pretty fleshed out. It hints at some rich backstory, and you see them again in Chapter 2. I imagine if you ever made a spin-off with Seam as the main character, you'd see the character theme that while originally a throwaway motif, get spun out and developed even more, and that idea is what I decided to go with.

In my arrangements and compositions, I've usually been afraid of having pure slow songs, partly because I find it difficult to use long sustained notes without it coming off as flat, and it's really easy to expose the artificial sound of virtual samples. Here I forced myself to embrace the slowness and really work at layering and fine-tuning each instrument's expression. I used more Distant Worlds arrangements for inspiration, particularly the Dark World arrangement from Final Fantasy VI.

Original by Toby Fox, remixed by me. I felt that Mettaton NEO could've been a crazy boss, but given the course of the Genocide run, it had to be so incredibly short. As such, the theme was as short as you could get, being only about 30 seconds long. Thus, I tried my own remix (note: TRIED), to try and draw the song out at least a little bit longer.

It's finally here. The long awaited update to Blocks of Russia.
I know, I know, this isn't actually Blocks of Russia. However, this *is* like two thousand times better than Blocks of Russia.

I've been waiting to release this baby for over a fucking week now. I've been so goddamn excited I didn't want to wait for it. But it's finally here. And I am so happy with the end result, even a week later.
Without further ado, I guess it's time to introduce you all to...

EDIT 2: This track was made for the anniversary. Originally I was gonna do something different, however through much mental debate I decided this would be the better way to go. The original plan will be executed at some point in the future, though, since all tracks will have to be made at some point >:]

Also, I want to add that my life has been a lie and Korobeiniki was never composed by Tchaikovksy-
However that doesn't mean we won't include it in the Waterfall tracks where we see fit.
Think of it as an overarching motif for the Russians, I suppose.
