A vulnerable young widower is charmed by a scheming young real estate agent who pretends to be smitten with him but who in actuality is intent on gaining control of several undeveloped but valuable properties he owns. In the moonlight on the front porch of his home, they watch his children playing on a swing nearby. She talks of the things he enjoys, of the loneliness he must feel being alone, how his children really need a mother. She is charm itself but utterly calculating underneath. Although we see how sinister she really is, he is falling in love. The scene lasts 1:52 and ends in a dissolve to a traffic jam in the center of the town.
