Coming from the beautiful Cayman Islands where Carnival is celebrated every year, Jamesette felt the need to have some fun with a record for Cayman Carnival Batabano and she couldn't think of no one else better to collaborate on it with no other than Singer/Songwriter &  friend Andrea Rivera, who she has performed with a few times over the years. When writing this song together, they wanted it to be about the Cayman Carnival Batabano vibe where everyone has fun, having a good time and "thiefing a wine". Also, It's a song to inspire , to uplift others about living your life and not just existing day by day. This is Jamesette and Andrea's first single together and hopefully many more to come. Andrea Rivera, songstress, has always had a deep passion and love for
music since the age of 4.  Originally from the Cayman Islands with
Puerto Rican roots and with no immediate family members sharing her
passion for music, her main influences were iconic artists that she
heard on the radio or watched on TV such as Michael Jackson, Madonna,
Prince, Bob Marley, Whitney Houston and Celine Dion.

Enraptured by her influencers artistry and her love for music, she was
determined, taking matters into her own hands from the age of 6 to
learn the fundamentals of singing to develop her voice. She also
developed skills in acting, dance, musical instruments and at the age
of 12 she was influenced by Bob Marley’s lyrically inspirational songs
that she began developing her own songwriting skills. Singing in bands
since the age of 16, and the release of her first hit single “Drop
It”, she has developed her own style by building on the foundations
created by others in the music industry.

For more than a decade she has released many original songs and has
shared the stage with many artists such as Alicia Keys, John Legend,
Tito Nieves, Tessanne Chin, Shaggy, Beenie Man, Destra, Machel
Montano, Tanya Stephens, Morgan Heritage and many more.  Onstage when
performing live is where she truly shines with her charismatic stage
presence.  Andrea Rivera’s EP is in the works now and it’s expected to
