Known for genre-blurring explorations that unite deep, progressive, techno, and classic house, Utah-based music producer Donny Carr is the latest artist to align with the HIGHER STATES vision. A former saxophonist turned producer, Carr brings over 15 years of live-performance experience to high-level studio precision, resulting in a sound defined by groove, atmosphere, and instrumental soul.

His debut on HIGHER STATES aligns seamlessly with Roger Martinezs musical vision: deeply textured, emotionally resonant, progressive music.
