"Camina" is Daniel Imhof’s first release on Monada. Both songs are minimalist in their sound structure and yet radiate a true fullness of emotion. A slow, soulful and warm journey through deep space into an imaginary world, where a certain kind of peace of mind can unfold. After decades of playing for crowds as a club DJ, this Lp reflects his gradual move towards the sonic realm of ambient music. He is thrilled by the contributions of the artists on this project.

Daniel Imhof is a musician and DJ based in a village close to Bern. His studio on the grounds of an organic farm is surrounded by birch trees. When he lets his gaze wander over his modular landscape, sometimes a red kite or a white crane flies into the picture. This might be one of the reasons why his music has this organic feel to it. His monthly ambient show "voyage" on the alternative radio station "Rabe" on Sunday mornings is an invitation to listen deeply, to lie down, to daydream. Occasionally he plays live for sleep concerts or other kinds of horizontal meditations.

Baikal Nomads is a record label focused on organic house with deep atmosphere and melodic grooves. The label's latest release features collaborative original music from Cereus and Revibe along with stunning remixes by Veytik, Alex Doering and Timboletti.

There are two original tracks on this release that include the collaboration, plus a solo production by Cereus. Both of the original artists are from Denver, USA and Revibe is an emerging talent making his debut with this stunning release.

Cereus is making his debut on Baikal Nomads following an exquisite debut on the Suprematic record label where he showcased his downtempo blend of ethereal atmosphere and enchanting melodies.

On remix duty, Veytik is an American artist from New York whose mystical tracks have been released on respected organic house record labels ranging from Harabe to Cafe De Anatolia.

Alex Doering is a Baikal Nomads regular who provides a spine-tingling remix in the style that he has featured on other imprints such as Kosa, The Purr and trndmsk.

The last of the remixes comes from Timboletti, a renowned German artist who has been pioneering organic house since the genre's inception and has an impressive back catalogue including music on Sol Selectas, Kindisch, Do Not Sit, 3000 Grad Records and Stil Vor Talent.

"Kula" is the collaborative original and it opens the release with rattling organic percussion and majestic pads that create an uplifting atmosphere with a soothing vibe.

"Chandra" is the solo original by Cereus and it's a spellbinding track with sweeping synths and pulsating rhythms that are cut by rushes of sparkling melody and it unfolds with building tension.

Veytik's remix of "Kula" drops the tempo and adds vocal chants that give the track an indigenous vibe full of psychedelic and shamanistic vibes.

Timboletti's remix of "Kula" adds trippy synths with techy undertones that lead into the soothing synths of the original as the track moves towards the spiralling textures of the breakdown.
   
Alex Doering's remix of "Chandra" adds hallucinatory vocal textures and stabbing synth chords along with a prominent snare that helps him create a dramatic remix that lifts the energy of the original.

Welcome to Bagualas de Luna, an organic electronic EP crafted by Mutul and the talented Argentine musician Sendero Brujo, released under ÜNAM's label, The Magic Sun. This EP is an exceptional fusion of rhythm, immersive melodies, and folk touches with a solid electronic groove , inviting listeners into a soundscape that is both introspective and deeply connected to nature and dance.

In the original mix, Bagualas de Luna opens with a serene, ambient feel, blending delicate folk-infused melodies with organic textures that create a soothing atmosphere. About this EP :
Time and distance collapse in this album, which draws on traditions of sharing that go back hundreds of years. The melodies we create are rooted in a deep past: it is a music of primitive essence and nameless nostalgia, full of electronic frequencies that seem to touch a nostalgia, an ancient pain in our lives. In our identity that is never totally Canadian, nor totally foreign.

The collaboration of artists Firas Nassri and Sasha Theodora was born in 2020 out of conversations about the similarities we felt in the experience of our respective cultural identities and upbringings. While exchanging about our lives as immigrants, Firas having immigrated from Syria at a young age and Sasha's family being of Ukrainian descent, we realized that there was much to deconstruct in order to better understand what we carry within us subliminally.

The intention of the project is to propose innovative music, where electronic music and folk songs meet to guide the listener on an immersive journey of identity reappropriation. By reappropriating the music and stories of our ancestors, we create music that reflects our own identity within our respective cultures.

With both borrowed lines, Minli and the dragon continued their journey. Minli remade her compass with her rabbit rice bowl and followed the needle’s pointed direction. The icy air shoved and pushed them, as if trying to keep them back. Late in the afternoon, after traveling up stony ground, Dragon made a noise. “Look up ahead,” he said. Far ahead of them seemed to be a spot of bright yellow. Against the gray landscape it seemed like a fallen piece of gold. “Is it a forest? Trees with yellow leaves?” Minli asked, then she looked at the grey stone surrounding them. “But what trees could grow here?” “I think there is a village,” Dragon said, squinting his eyes, “If there is, we can get you some warmer clothes.” Even though the cold hadn’t bothered the dragon, he had noticed her shivering, Dzhef is playing the santouri at the gates of heaven. This is his second offering for Shango Records. This track can increase the level of beauty in the world. Dj Sergee, Kivanc Kurtyener, Musical Religion and Serkan Turkoglu whisper their holy prayers into the ears of humanity.
