Acclaimed Dutch duo Tinlicker (Micha Heyboer and Jordi van Achthoven) have released their stirring new single ‘Be Here and Now’ on London based independent label Anjunadeep. The single release is accompanied by a music video directed by Julius Ponten and starring Dutch actor Werner Kolf (Wolf, Gangster, Vechtershart). 

A collaboration with vocalist Nathan Nicholson, who has previously worked with Claptone, Kiko Franco, and Hannah Wants, ‘Be Here and Now’ presents as a part ballad, part progressive house anthem. Featuring the ecstatic builds and strings that have become synonymous with Tinlicker’s hair-raising sound, the single invokes the emotions of looking back at what once was. On the single, vocalist Nathan Nicholson explains:

"When Tinlicker first sent me the instrumental for this song, long before they gave it rhythm, I fell in love with it - just piano and strings. It was very powerful and a lot of the lyrics and all of the melody came out on my first pass. The lyrics are about a longing for the past and the innocence of growing up. I lost my mom when I was eighteen and within a year moved from Tennessee to England, so my childhood into adulthood has a very strong line running in between. I'm in a constant war with nostalgia - the other life - and where I am right now. In this song I'm simply telling myself to have reverence for my past, but not to be beholden to it. A huge thanks to Tinlicker for asking me to be a part of it.”

‘Be Here and Now’ joins Tinlicker’s esteemed catalogue, which includes their 2019 album ‘This Is Not Out Universe’ which saw support from the likes of Pete Tong, Ben Malone at Kiss FM, SiriusXM Chill, 538 Dance Department, Slam!, and Sunshine Live, as well as prolific producers such as deadmau5, Gorgon City, Cassian, Eli & Fur, Lane 8, Dosem and Edu Imbernon. 

Having individually honed their skills as part of a world-renown drum and bass act Black Sun Empire (Heyboer), and as a producer, songwriter and music editor for many artists (Van Achthoven), Tinlicker has quickly become a household name in the world of electronic dance music. Their single ‘Because You Move Me’ is currently #20 on the German radio charts and has accrued over 100M Spotify streams, whilst their rework of Robert Miles recently hit Beatport #1.

With releases on labels such as Anjunadeep, mau5trap and Armada, their original collaborations with Ben Böhmer, Dosem, Lane 8, and remixes for deadmau5, James Zabiela and Reflekt have become indispensable ingredients for the world’s biggest radio and DJ shows. ‘Be Here and Now’ marks a new chapter for Tinlicker, hinting at exciting things to come.

Summer is already here… and we are blessed with new music from the one and only Greg Ochman. The UK-based Polish man is back with two tracks ‘Xceed Imaginations’ and ‘Ocean Color’. We are also having for the first time on the label two amazing projects: Erdi Irmak and Death on the Balcony. They complement the ‘Xceed Imaginations’ EP with their stellar remixes. 

‘Xceed Imaginations’ conveys a subtle Latin vibe that gets one to euphorically start dancing. Beautiful synthesizers and organic percussion accompany the trance, bringing only positive vibes to the table. The melodies are no short of spectacular and stick particularly well to the most demanding ears. 

With ‘Ocean Color’, we are joyfully floating through silky smooth sounds. One is drifting away to a dreamy place filled with playful marimbas, staccato-sounding electric guitars and delicate Rhodes keyboards. It’s always a good idea to indulge in a relaxing journey through lovely sounds, isn’t it?   


Erdi Irmak from Istanbul delivers a club-friendly remix of ‘Ocean Color’ making use of his proficiency in a variety of electronic genres. This one is definitely going to make you dance this summer! 

Mark & Paul from Death on the Balcony have released on a myriad of amazing labels and we couldn’t be more excited for them to join Art Vibes. They make their entry with a remarkable remix of ‘Xceed Imaginations’ giving it a deeper twist and inviting one to contemplate the beauty around.

Franky Wah kicks off 2021 with new EP ‘Should Have Seen It Coming’, his maiden release on the legendary Anjunadeep, out 12th February. 
A four-track EP, ‘Should Have Seen It Coming’ opens with the lead title track, an emotion-drenched vocal cut pairing poignant breakdowns with the soaring vocals of AETHO, out 4th February.

Franky enjoyed a career-affirming 2020 that included putting out a collaborative EP with dance music icon Sasha and dropping his debut mixtape The Revival Vol. 1, which included singles ‘You’re Not Alone’ and ‘Come Together’. The latter was nominated for Annie Mac’s ‘Hottest Record Of The Year’ and certified as her ‘Tune Of The Week’ and ‘Hottest Record In The World’ on BBC Radio 1, as well as garnering support from Pete Tong and MistaJam. With a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix now under his belt, he spent an impressive 10 weeks on the Radio 1 Playlist, 5 weeks of which on the A-List. The producer also made waves featuring in the globally renowned GQ Magazine in 2020, with an extensive feature focussing on the rising talent’s expansive repertoire. 

Going back to his roots, ‘Should Have Seen It Coming’ sees Franky Wah tap into his love of deep, melodic music and takes the genre into bold new territories.
