You got any tips or tricks to writing your own music?

Recently just went through this and all I can rlly say is I’m glad I met her but at the same time I wish I never had I’m learning to let go and that’s something that’s easier said then done to anyone out there feeling the same it hurts and ik it does but one day your going to look back at it all and think to yourself this was a lesson I had to learn it made me stronger and I grew from the experience
