Party Caribbean: Island Pop Vol 1

iamfingazz hails from the village of Boca, St. George’s Grenada and from his early days as a student at Boca Secondary School he showed promise, charm and cheek becoming one of the popular and influential students of class 1991 although back then his nicknames were “indian” & “apache”.

London met Fingazz in 1994 and he quickly got involved with Notting Hill Carnival playing with various Masbands on this international stage. In 2000 he was offered the unique opportunity to join Beat FM as a Radio Presenter moving to Street FM in 2001 until 2004. 2002 he won the “Soca On The Move” competition with BBC’s Smokey Joe of Awawak Masband at the Notting Hill Carnival and that did not stop Fingazz as he then became the Event Manager for Notting Hill Carnival from 2002 – 2007.
