As a young person, you have so many aspirations, dreams and ideals of the things you will accomplish by mid life. When they don't come, you wait while living life. "The waiting" is that living life is about being transformed in the image of Christ and that with the loved ones He has given you. And never stop!

Anguish of a Father, only happens when we not just participate, but engage in that reality of the one essence we truly are and not just a role we play. There is the greatest joy, satisfaction and fulfillment, but also heartache, stress and pain in being an engaged father.

Identity, we all look for it. Where do we find it? A cause? A movement? Skin color or nationality? Even a gender? We are constantly looking at at so many sizes of media screens that tell us how and what we should be. Insecurity, we all have some form of it. How do we free ourselves from it? Can we? That little voice inside our head is another that deflects us from looking at that void within where wholeness is truly found. “Can’t You See” gives a musical answer where that void can be filled and the recordings in your head can be changed. It’s not as complex or far away as our secular or religious culture makes it.

Searching for meaning or success is an ongoing venture. Acts of achievement or of misbehavior usually stem from that journey. We want to be noticed. We want to have significance. We accomplish all these external things, but where does fulfillment or satisfaction truly come from?

I Am Gabriel is a band of brothers who met to help provide the music/worship part of a church service. All approaching 50 years of age gave a common heritage of music history….we grew up and we’re influenced by 70’s Rock. Our style is familiar, but it’s uniquely it’s own. As life has passed, children grown, all have moved on and far away, there still is a remnant able to express the IAG sound.
