Nghtmre has been my ultimate inspiration as an artist for the past 10+ years, ever since "Street" dropped. I had been slowly discovering electronic music in 2014 during the tropical house era, until this track hit the billboards after Skrillex performed it at Ultra for the first time.

For the last decade, I’ve poured my life into the music scene, constantly experimenting with different sounds and trying to carve out my own wave. For this remix, I pulled together all of my bass music influences and everything that’s shaped me creatively.

When I moved across the country to LA (similar to Nghtmre’s journey), the city’s culture and diversity had a huge impact on me. I remember arriving and realizing how much the underground scene loved techno. I didn’t fully understand or connect with the genre at first, but over time I opened myself up to all forms of dance music. This remix is the first time I’ve given my own take on that hard-hitting sound, which really comes through in the second drop.

This project came together so naturally because I genuinely felt like I was meant to make it. To show how far I’ve come and to express through music, how much Tyler and the NGHTMRE project inspired me and set me on the path I’m on today. This one’s for you, legend.

HVRCRFT is a visionary Bass Music artist who has carved a unique niche with his extraordinary sound design and captivating stage presence. His musical journey began when he was only 14 years old when he started Djing and collecting Vinyl records in San Francisco.  The first time HVRCRFT attended Lost Lands Festival, he was so inspired by artists like @Subtronics, @DirtySnatcha, @Excision and others that he decided to take a deeper dive into the Wonky side of Dubstep.

HVRCRFT’s fascination for the unconventional and an almost cinematic approach to sound design is a testament to his innovative spirit and dedication to pushing the boundaries of what Bass music can be.  

Fans of HVRCRFT can always count on his alter ego “ROSWELL”, a mischievous Alien that appears randomly, to inject a sense of fun and mystery into everything HVRCRFT does. This unique blend and an off the cuff approach towards marketing,  has garnered HVRCRFT a dedicated fanbase and widespread acclaim in the Bass music community.

HVRCRFT's journey is a testament to the power of creativity and the endless possibilities within the realm of Electronic Music. As he continues to explore new frontiers, he remains a force to be reckoned with, captivating audiences with his unparalleled sound and imaginative flair.
