"Take Me With You" is one of the songs I created as I was grieving from a break up last year. being with someone 5-6 years & losing that companionship really took a toll on me. in some moments you're strong , you're glad it happened & other times not so much but at the end of the day we're all human. In this moment my exact feelings were:
"if you're going to leave me...take me with you. wherever you're going , i'm coming too."

I produced this record, wrote this record, recorded & mixed this record myself. My good friend Paul Cornish who's an amazing musician (Kanye West, Snoh Aalegra, & others)played a beautiful piano solo at the end. my brother Yomi Oredein did some incredible vocal arrangement things you'll hear. I hope this record touches people the way it still touches me today. music is medicine, music is my therapist. it came from the heart. if you've been in love & lost it you can probably relate.
