Dublin house duo Obskür make their Defected debut with returning artist and vocalist SHELLS. Raised on a diet of Defected classics, the boys honed their craft in lockdown and reaped the rewards after, having already worked with leading industry names Eats Everything, Pete Tong and Gorgon City. Jan Theo Berendsen, better known as Jengi, has become a standout name in house music. The Dutch producer and DJ first made waves with his debut single Bruh and the 2017 EP Colors. His vibrant club sound has since propelled him to global recognition.

Jengi's 2023 hit Bel Mercy was a viral sensation, supported by stars like Diplo and Tiësto. The track took TikTok by storm, surpassing 150 million streams, going gold in the Netherlands, sparking a worldwide dance trend and reaching #36 on the Dutch Top 40 with global radio support. Following its success, he released Take U on Tomorrowland Music, amassing over 20 million streams in a year. In 2024, he collaborated with The Magician on Things We Do, a crowd favorite blending their distinct styles.
