Jersey Club music was a huge part of my teenage years & is still a genre I love to this day. The infectious grooves, pounding bass, call & response dances, hilarious and/or nostalgic samples. Some of my fondest memories involve jersey club, mostly because beyond the music it was a social experience. Dancing with friends or even strangers at a party, but you're all coming together for the same steps. Showing of & being inspired by each other's precision or personal flair. And all the while hyping each other up. It becomes so much more than just the song it becomes about the people, about joy, about expression & acceptance. And for me that's pinnacle music experience. So this one is for teen me,  I hope you enjoy it too. ^^
