This track was inspired by those times in life when you feel you are holding on too tight to something, while in your heart, you know you need to let go. The build in intensity is symbolic of this struggle and this eventually fades into a more ambient outro which signifies the relief when you finally are able to let go and be at peace with 'what is' rather than what you want life to be.
