Legends, heroes, stars and moguls are born everyday. On August 18, 1986 another star was born. Rahlique Young was born in Coney Island Brooklyn. Young started singing at the age of 14 but at the age of 19, R.Notes was born. After winning an amature night at the world renowned Apollo Theater, R. Notes was clearly on his way.
