This track was initially born out of the overwhelming feeling of loneliness and a blunt disconnect from the universe. RTB, like many of us, convinced himself that he was just fine being alone, however, it soon became clear that this was merely the deficient coping mechanism upon which he relied. Coming to terms with this self-deception, RTB acknowledges that we are truly stronger together, and so by the end of the track he comes full circle to acknowledge the voices of those he has been running from, with now an intense desire to seek communication - or in other words- Catch Up.

On the surface, Get To Know seems centred around apprehension with a love interest, but the focus eventually shifts to introspection, emphasising my intent to get to know myself before I get involved with anyone else.
