This is probably my personal favorite in the EP. I don't listen to that much dubstep in my free time, I mostly listen to other genres, and these past 10-11 months I’ve been rinsing a shit ton of Summrs. At first starting as me adding a drop to one of his archived songs (that's how I’ve mostly played it in my URL sets), it began evolving until it became its own thing completely. 

I really like dubstep, but I don’t consider it my main genre. It just happens to be the one language I feel best at and I feel more confident in using, and so far it’s my most useful tool to convey musical ideas. This song (and back home) are prime examples of this: dubstep is the vehicle and main glue to hold all of the other stuff that I personally love about music, and while I would probably be shit at writing a full-on jazz song, or a hardcore punk song, or a trap song, or whatever it may be, I’m at least decent enough at doing this. In the end, It’s all about compromises. Or that’s what I tell myself to feel happy.

Back at Asahi Crew with a doozy one! I was very able to meet Hylen in person last year, when he attended one of the shows I played in Tokyo. We are both fans of each other, so the thought of collabing came pretty naturally. As most of you are aware, I've barely collabed with people before (KAIFU being the big exception), so I'm excited that going forward I will be releasing a collection of tracks that I've been working on alongside some of my friends. Super excited for it!

This song was a blast to do, I really felt like neither of the two had any limits or any restraint when it came to the ideas we decided to present here. It feelt very liberating! but somehow I think it all comes together, and a banger emerged from it. I hope you guys like it!

Y ocurrió entonces que aquel desquiciado se acercó a mí con paso errático y, mirándome con una insolencia casi pueril, exclamó:
«Amigo, ¿acaso comerciáis con un mono?»

A lo que respondí, indignado por tamaña insensatez:
«¿Habéis perdido el juicio? Apenas porto unas menudas monedas, y aun así cargo con un peso insoportable.»

El insensato, sorprendido por mi respuesta, replicó:
«¿De veras? Entonces entregadlo todo, sin excepción.»
Y acto seguido extrajo de entre sus ropajes una notable hoja, larga y temible.

Yo, presintiendo los designios funestos que traía, le respondí con un ademán de resignación:
«¿Sabéis qué? Llevadlo todo. Sí, llevadlo sin miramientos.»

Y aquel sujeto, sin decir palabra, tomó lo que quise entregarle y se dispuso a marchar.

Mas cuando apenas había avanzado unos pasos, lo detuve con voz firme:
«¿Adónde pretendéis huir, desalmado?»
Y entonces extraje mi arma.

Pude ver su rostro por un instante: un gesto descompuesto por el miedo, la tez lívida, los ojos desorbitados. Y en aquel momento, allí mismo, disparé —una, dos, tres, cuatro veces— hasta asegurarme de que ya no constituía amenaza alguna.

Tomé después aquello que era mío —la mercancía, las monedas— y emprendí la retirada con apresurado sigilo.

Mas mientras avanzaba, casi en la penumbra, me crucé con un hombre montado en una motocicleta, semejante a un soldado impecable, un verdadero GI Joe. Aquel sujeto me observó con detenimiento; reconoció mi rostro en un instante, como si me hubiese conocido desde siempre… y vos sabéis cómo prosigue esta historia.
