My name is Shane Smigelsky, also known as, Shooter Shane. I’m a Canadian Recording Artist out of Mississauga, Ontario. I mainly focus on Hip-Hop music with hopes to expand to other genres in the near future.
 I first made my way onto the music scene with my debut single Never Say No which was inspired directly by the unexpected loss of my older brother. This led to me working on an entire EP dedicated to him. I released the Black Roses EP on the first anniversary of his passing to honour his memory, the proceeds of the project were donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association. 
Since then, I have gone on to release multiple heartfelt singles accompanied with music videos. I have performed my songs at many different live events throughout the GTA. I have also won multiple contests and awards with different companies such as the We Stay Woke Network, UPN6XT and CHIL Vodka. Most recent being the 2021 C.H.I.L Anthem People’s Choice Award.
 
Lately, I have been working closely with Big Loots over at Creature Lab Studios on my debut album titled “Unapologetically Me” which is set to release later this year. This album will bring an entirely new definition to my music. Fine tuned delivery and meaningful lyrics accompanied by strong instrumentals provided by Multi-Platinum Producer DMC Style and Big Loots himself.
