It was a hard three months for me, leaving university and not picking up a job, and I had this one friend that called me everyday just to encourage me that things will get better. 
After awhile, the calls got less frequent because people are always busy. but i cherished those memories. And this song, symbolizes the memories and the emotion I felt in that period.
