MTS Music, in collaboration with Narked Records, is please to announce the release of Spiritual Relationship: The Deeper Meaning, the new album by Washington DC based music producer Matthew Shell. The Deeper Meaning was conceived over a period of 15 years ago by Matthew Shell. During this process, over 200 songs were created and scratched before this final version of 11 songs were picked to be recorded and release as part of this project. Matthew’s wife, Terra, inspired the completion of this concept album which goes from two destined souls being alone, to meeting, to growing in love, to protecting each other, to finding true love that lasts a lifetime.

All I Ever Wanted

Phoenix Rising Up is an anthem that is cultivated in the American Rock Genre written and produced on my instrument, the Dulcimer. Adding many layers and textures, such as organ, piano, drums & tambourine, I take you through an experience of being re-born. As a Survivor of Domestic Violence, there is nothing more American Rock n Roll, than feeling as though you can rise above and become free. Freedom was an experience for me, a second chance at life. Now that the dust has settled, erased the ashes from my face, it is within the fire, that I have emerged like the Phoenix.
