A couple of weeks ago, Crazy Town's 2000 hit "Butterfly" came up in conversation and my friend and I both were wondering why we had never heard a really good remix of the song, so I decided I wanted to take a stab at it. Interestingly enough, after doing a bit of research, I found out there's a very good reason!

Apparently, the original vocals had been recorded on tape and the tapes were lost, and both copies they sent out for remixes were lost as well. So the original acapella is most likely lost to history!

Anyway, I enjoyed finding out more about a song from my childhood, and I chose to go ahead with my remix anyway. I decided to switch things up and put a deep/future house spin on the track, and because I dig the final result, I'm putting it out for free for you guys :) All I ask is that if you like it, please share/repost it and follow my accounts so that I can keep spreading the word!
