Besides creating addicting rhythms for us and the world Dave also has his own YouTube channel. He explaines in depth about the gear he’s using and shares tips and tricks in a well explained manner.

I’ve decided to change my approach and play a little bit softer and slower than usual (bearing in mind that it was a 2h warm-up set) but at the same time I’ve tried to stick with a style I prefer the most. 

Therefore you can still hear harsh industrial tunes and noises here and there. It was a real fun to mix it with something else i.a. older and classic tracks. It's a warm-up with "old school" intensity (by today's standards) approx. 128 bpm.

Gary Holldman – private Szymon - is Polish producer, DJ, co-founder of International Day Off Records, who has been on a scene over a decade. His first vinyl was released in 2010 on labels like Relax2000, Ware Records. In 2015, together with friends they founded dynamic working International Day Off label (cooperating with artists like Jacek Sienkiewicz, Michal Wolski, Sebastian Mullaert), which specializes in sound spaces from the borderline of the minimal and techno. Since 2017, he has regularly released on International Day Off and other labels. His music has been presented and reviewed by magazines such as Mixmag, XLR8R, Magnetic Magazine, Decode Magazin and his track gained support of artists such as Sven Väth, Âme or Kangding Ray. If you wish to hear Szymon live, visit Tama Club in Poznan, where he is resident, but you can  hear him in other interesting clubs as well. From time to time you can meet him in some worldwide capital such as Paris, Tel Aviv or Bangkok.

BIO:
The ever-evolving music interests and love for rhythmic variety brought GOŚCIŃSKA to delve into various styles that she blends in her sets. Melting moody electro with groovy techno; breakbeat with 4x4 rhythms or smashing a techno set spiced up with acid, breaks, punk, D’n’B is what you can expect. Industrial slow-beat, deconstructed club, experimental and ambient music all have a special place in her non-peak time selection as well. 

She’s been hosting a radio show on the London Aaja Music radio under the @szlag_my_pitch_up  project, where she invites prominent electronic music artists for a chat and to show the non-club music selection they never get to play in clubs, all the while promoting promising newcomers.

Working on the program and organization of her brainchild @sfora_art is what she does when not behind the decks. The DIY festival is an intimate summer event in the lake region of Poland, focusing on electronic music, visuals and workshops, giving space of expression to underground artists from various countries. Next edition: 2-4.06.2023.

Lost In Ether | Origin Series | GOŚCIŃSKA

This mix really reflects the era when I was deep into partying. Going out to places in Berlin like Polar TV, WMF and Sternradio Afterhour in the first years after the turn of the Millennium. I’m still amazed by the ideas and incredible productions from back then. Techno in that period was definitely driven by a much more emotional sound, probably a reason why the pills kicked in a bit better. It wasn’t an easy task to find all my old favorites, mainly because I only knew a few of the track titles and could only remember the melodies of most of them. So I definitely poured a lot of time and passion into this mix. A few times while I was recording I got serious goosebumps, it felt like I was time traveling. I’m really happy that I finally managed to finish it, I hope you enjoy it!
