-I don’t remember exactly when it was that I started this one, but I remember it was during the holidays sometime and playing the loops out in a public washroom which i might argue kept me alive through the cold season really. A worker who managed the facilities (ie. cleaning and loccing for the night) was decent enough to leave it open i guess hoping i might come to find it unlocc’d, which i did and for all intents and purposes lived in it when it was too cold. Since i got out, except for the here and gone again type presence of “illicit narcotics”🤣which seems to have extended its visit this time to “will keep me posted” i have gone above and beyond to maintain a legitimate lifestyle which today has  me homeless (still) and dealing with an insane anount of bullshit which i normally wouldn’t and its in the making of certain beats like this one here and where i could get lost in my work and completely enjoy myself momentarily.

-I cant bring much to mind these days, snd among those miss-placed instances is the creation of this instrumental. That’s not to say that I’ve been blacc’d out so much, or that I’m “losing time” (falling into fugue states) as Aaron Stampler called it, but every moment seems to seep into the next and I have… well thats my shit🤷🏼‍♂️i dont recall any points or thoughts that i shiuld try (x) i  kinda remember a few times working on it but thats it. I do know that it was a guitar fill for another beat which it didnt fit when heard in all at once, so I duplicated the session and took the two in their own directions. This is the result, 🙄obviously, if one such path. The guitar in a couple areas of the loop, had me immediately think of Neil Young’s Harvest Moon, 🤣😂🤣but i realized i was pretty immensely mistaken 😒 but the feeling persists and its just that 🤷🏼‍♂️
