<p>Steve Shaden teams up with Kristina Lalic once again for the stomping opus that is &#8220;Denial&#8221;, where a one-note riff clears everything in its way and leads to a breakdown of epic proportions. Thomas Evans&#8217; version opts for a more sinister approach, complete with manic snares for added excitement and another ominous break for guaranteed maximum impact. The gears get pulled back a bit on the closing &#8220;Phase&#8221;, yet spacious chords and the trademarked rhythm section we&#8217;ve been accustomed to ensure for a suspenseful ride.</p>

Chris Veron - Fury Road (Original Mix)

Joining the WCF imprint with his 'Distorted Time EP', the Manchester based Transcode brings his driving sound to Egg LDN's in-house label to showcase his versatile approach to production.

With the vinyl press being released at the beginning of November, followed by the digital version, which includes the bonus track 'Backlash', due out on 14th December, the EP includes two remixes by the club's close friends Secret Cinema and OC & Verde.

'Timewarp' opens up the release, immediately setting a tripped out tone with its distorted vocals and a slightly menacing melody, which bubbles under the surface throughout the track.

'Rotation' is a slightly darker and dubber production complemented by crisp hi-hats and well-rounded drums. It is a perfect intro to building up an extended set.

Secret Cinema leaves his stamp on 'Timewarp' with an ominous Remix of Transcode's Original. Again, it fits into the shady feel of the EP but the Dutch producer brings an enchanting feel to the track, with a twinkling melody laced throughout.

Manchester based OC & Verde bring their stamp to the release with their remix of 'Rotation'. Using a blend of drawn-out synths to build up a powerful lead, packed with raw percussions, it certainly shows the sonic direction the duo has been working on over the last year.

Completing the digital edition with a bonus track, Transcode rounds off the EP with 'Backlash'. A punchy and unrelenting track, it's a peak time tune which is one of those tracks for a heaving dance floor to relish in what the Mancunian producer is all about.

Dutch duo Deep Dimension serve up four massive techno cuts for ‘Rave Slave’ on Rekids.

Drawing on more than two decades of solo experiences, GEN X co-founders Jeffrey Hek and Jimmy van de Geijn came together as Deep Dimension in 2015. Debuting on Rekids last year with ‘So 1992’, their signature sound is built on deep basslines and forceful kicks with regular support from Radio Slave, Sam Paganini, Luca Agnelli, Joseph Capriati and Chris Liebing. They now return to the respected imprint with a robust package aimed squarely at the dancefloor.

‘Rave Slave’ fully asserts itself from the off with industrial synth lines and machine gun-like hits. Dark, filtered vocals add to the ghoulish effect while stomping kicks are sure to decimate dancefloors. The excellently heavy ‘Audio Space’ has more seriously weight percussion and foundation shaking hits, this time overlaid with clipped female vocal stabs and haunting effects that trail off into the distance. This is warehouse techno at its finest.

The powerful ‘Strong Than Steel’ then drills down with droning synth lines and blistering kicks. It barrels along with plenty of tension and suspense cleverly built into the breakdowns and truly hammers along once it drops again. The brilliantly big finale is ‘Planet E’, an edgy techno trip with blistering, old school and hard techno drums with frazzled stabs bringing strobe-lit rave vibes.
