July the 2nd meet Argentina based electronic music artist and producer - DeadBat to deliver his two-tracks release to IAMT!
"In "Dark" track I looked for a big sound with a powerful kick focused on the dance floor. At the same time I added a dark atmosphere with pads, vocals and percussions to create an atmosphere of tension.
In Gotham I looked for an atmospheric and dark sound. Inspired by Gotham City. Trying to generate tension and transmit a feeling of darkness, using percussions, fx, vocals and synts with Reverb and delay."

August the 27th meet dj-duo Quaake to deliver their two-tracks release to IAMT!

'Creep' is the more tougher of the two. A heavy, driving techno track complimented with a raw synth hook that drives through the percussion. Beginning with a dark atmospheric sample, we built around it with percussion and three separate kicks with a kick and tom bus to really beef up the kick.

'Modern Trends' is a groovy peak-time track, which consists of synth and vocal hooks and accurately arranged percussion to build the energy and hit in all the right places. We began to create the rhythm of the track, combining several hi-hats and a clap track together with a cool atmospheric sample. The track began to take shape in form of an 8-bar loop.

Born in Japan but currently living in Berlin, Sudo is known for his DJ/Live Act and production creativity as he has released on other big labels such as Dubfire’s SCI+TEC, Uto Karem’s Agile Recordings, Metodi Hristov’s Set About, Selected., Misfit, Subvision to name few, Gaining as well support from Adam Beyer, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Pan-Pot, Deadmou5.

Sudo “Mainly, I was making more listening stuff until few months ago, because there was no party because of the pandemic, but when party started slowly all over the world, my mood changed to make music for dancefloor. Also at that moment I was going back to my roots.
So, they represent my roots which has element of energy and beautiful melody in the early 90's. And I tried to make it modern”

“I grew up with lots of Jam & Spoon music ever since early 90's. And I am a big fan of Jam El Mar's music for long time. So, in this occasion I wanted to ask him to make a remix for me. And fortunately he has accepted. It's a great honor’’ 

Sudo opens up the EP with Awareness and then Eternal, a typical peak time with an atmospheric breakdown followed by an electrifying lead and dancing rhythms and pounding beats. Followed by Jam El Mar that gives a new feeling and touch to the track Eternal with two wonderful remixes, Sudo closes the EP with Awareness Intro that gives you goosebumps and gets your soul on the dancefloor.

"The inspiration for the track Daphnis came from a gig on an underground rave and my general career as a DJ. You could feel on this rave the freedom and the trance of the crowd this also reflects the atmosphere of the track peppered with driving percussions and pressing kicks. In any case, the track is recommended to increase the set and an enrichment for each playlist"
