November the 12th meet Switzerland based artist and producer - Jeremy Wahab to deliver his two techno tracks release to Set About!

"For this release i wanted to create 2 contrasting tracks. 
For 'Combustion' i wanted to create something that was a bit funky, full of energy, something that was fun and made you want to dance, all the while retaining those harder, darker sounds that i love.
For the second track 'Gone' i just got lost in the sound from the get go, i let that initial reese and arpegio hypnotise me and i had a lot of fun building the emotive melodies around that. 
I wanted to keep the track deep and dark and full of emotion that would evolve slowly taking the listener on a journey."

"Horatio: I got a promo with Velasquez which i loved. I played it and it got a really cool reaction from the crowd. I asked him to do a remix for one of my singles from my album Visions and he did one monster remix. I decided to contact him directly and work a full two track ep. I was so happy that Velasquez accepted and I sent him an idea so we can meet in the middle as I am a bit happier and he is darker in sound. This ep is exactly that right balance between light and dark techno sounds"

"Both tracks were influenced by Rudyard Kipling's poem titled IF, where we have recited a few words to form the vocals for each track. 
The tracks are about ultimate inspiration telling us how to deal with different situations and how to win in this life.  As we all know, it is a challenging time in which we live with the pandemic and other crises currently happening.  Each track was composed to reflect this mood from the darkness and yet always giving the sense of hope for our future"

"The creation of Insomnia EP came with the intent to do something different than what's typically out there. I found that it's very difficult to differentiate one artist from another, and I wanted people to know that this is a Heatscore record when they listen to it. When I started working on the track Insomnia I wanted to introduce my older influences and wanted to create a break influenced by rock and roll, something organic, rich and full of energy.
Code Mode was intended to be a blend of melodic, cosmic and hard techno. 
A track ready for the club, with a hard pounding kick and memorable melodies. The track needed an epic festival break and I think I accomplished just that.Essentially this EP is a culmination of everything that I've learned from being a producer, past and present. I wanted to create a sense of identity for myself, hoping that it would"
