"Enter the Fray" - plunge into battle, thematizes the fight against depression and appeals to sufferers to stand up and seek help. Formerly suffering from depression herself, such an appeal cannot be loud enough for VIOLA. 
 
Many voices sound louder than just one. That's where the idea for the "Choir Against Depression" came from. "The more, the better. The bigger, the more things move forward," VIOLA thought when she launched her choir appeal via social media. 
 
70 singers turned out in the end. They raise their voices and show their faces to end the stigma attached to depression. VIOLA & The Choir Against Depression want to encourage, want to shake things up, and want to make all those who see no way out right now feel that it's perfectly okay to talk openly about mental illness.

VIOLA was severely depressed. She was struggling. She won the battle. With the help of talk therapy and, if necessary, medication, mental illnesses and especially depression are very treatable. "No one has to suffer that much permanently!"
