Back in 2020, I was inspired to start a new music project. At the time, I was at work, putting away items at my then retail job. In light of all the political activism that was going on, abortion was a topic that was constantly getting brought up. It disturbed me how many people talked in favor of it, without regarding the negative affects it takes on not only the baby, but also the mother. In my core, I knew that I couldn't just stand around and continue hearing this nonsense.

As someone who has seen my loved ones experience the dark side of abortion first hand, I decided to take a firm stance against it. I knew it would be controversial. I knew it would be unorthodox. I knew people would hate me for it, but nonetheless, I knew I had to do something.

Today marks a breaking point in America... the overturning of Roe V. Wade. As millions of people stand protesting in anger, I for one am relieved that there is a remnant who still believe in rights for the Voiceless. Birth defects, personal hardships, or pure negligence are no excuse to terminate the life of an unborn child. In turn, this does not mean we merely let the mother struggle; Voiceless is a movement that believes in saving/helping the lives of both mother and child in whatever way possible.

I'm not quite sure where to go with the Voiceless project from here, but for now, I will continue to make music for their sake. I will continue to advocate for their freedom. I will continue to be their voice.

This song is available for download on my Bandcamp. All proceeds will go toward Let Them Live, a pro-life pregnancy organization that assists struggling women considering abortion.
