Hello My Friend,

Think the year was 2014. Had two good part time jobs. A computer, and inspiration to see how far I could go with Logic X internal sounds. Did some post with VDJ. I liked how the solo wasn't a guitar but rather me soloing on a computer keyboard. With one hand holding the computer the other soloing. It's just funny to picture. 

The image is where I got the idea for the name. One of my part time jobs at the time was working overnight stocking for a huge hardware store chain. 

One aspect of this job included unloading freight. Unloading sometimes 4 to 5 trucks in a night. A crew of 12 of us would work on unloading and restocking until sunrise. One particular aspect that bothered me greatly about the job, was their policy on damaged items. If items were even slightly damaged in their transfer over to the store they were thrown into a compactor to be crushed. 

To elaborate a bit more. Damaged items were considered to be items that were not only to be just damaged beyond their ability to be used, but even if they had a slight degree of cosmetic damage. One scratch on what could be perfectly fine wheel barrel would deem it "APPROVED FOR DESTROY". 

Also that these items were thrown in an enclosed locked away compacting system. only to be crushed into junk. This would ensure that no one could scavenge them from a dumpster out back and cost the store a profit. 

It makes sense from a commerce perspective but really make no sense for the betterment of the world. 

It was just horrifying to see a lot of great useful tools get thrown away for wasteful reasons. 

Think I created this sound out of a storm of frustration and anger from witnessing this account of wastefulness.
