Ian Lah is a singer/songwriter born and raised in the north woods of Minnesota. Surrounded by the lakes and and trees of the Superior National Forrest Ian lah developed a sound linked to the land where he lived. Inspired greatly by Brandi Carlile, Roo Panes, Maggie Rogers, Ben Platt, James Blake and Austin Blue Ian has begun recording his music in an old church in his hometown. Moved by the flow of life his music is in a state of growth and harvest. Learning how to write and weave stories and songs like Dolly Parton, Joni Mitchell, and Lana Del Rey has been a craft he has dedicated himself to. He has been writing and singing for the past decade. Ian has been writing for over decade and took this time of quarantine to record his music.
