We are still recovering some gems from the past. This time, this track was released in 2008 on a compilation from rare spanish Zero Oscillator label. The track “Network Society” appeared surrounded by tracks and artists such as Arcanoid, Miguel Mendoza or well established Oscar Mulero. The compilation represented the music template for the label in that moment with more stuff to come, but unfortunately no more releases where followed so this reference became a rare item for vinyl collectors.

Today, Boris Divider presents again the original track with some other reworked and remixed stuff. Keeping the original vibe but refreshing with some new arrangements with a mix between Detroit and Düsseldorf in the new versions. In the other hand, it has been included “In My Eyes” and exclusive and original track as a not so hidden tribute work to a well known band/producer from the 80s electronic scene, veteran people will know recognise for sure the iconic snare and rhythm.

A release with pulse and rhythm, heritage and push forward mood at the same time. For the Drivecom fans and followers with an exclusive orange limited 200 vinyl.

Maschine Brennt is the electronic project of Swedish producer Joacim Thenander, active in the scene since the late 1980s. Originally launched in 1991 as a side project to Cultivated Bimbo, Maschine Brennt explores the intersection of man and machine — blending classic ’80s electro aesthetics with modern precision.
After years of producing house, techno, and drum ’n’ bass, the project was revived in 2014 with releases on Plonk, Encrypted Records, Battery Park Studio, Ukonx Recordings, Bass Agenda Recordings, and Connectome Records.
Maschine Brennt has also remixed artists such as The System, Emmon, Kretz, Datapop, and Vogon Poetry, and contributed DJ mixes to Tracklistings, Dark Science Electro, Noise To Meet You, and several editions of Encrypted Transmissions.
This mix reflects his ongoing dedication to deep, machine-driven rhythms — merging dark techno energy with the timeless pulse of the Düsseldorf electro tradition.

Continuing Bass Agenda’s mission to highlight the gems hidden away in the underground enclaves of Electro and Techno the label releases its 4th vinyl. Russian Dmitry Distant and Ukrainian Lectromagnetique take a side of the red marbled vinyl disc each; both artists that have made more than a blip on Dave Clarke’s radar over the last couple of years.

Since his debut, also on Bass Agenda, Lectromagnetique has had the support of the Baron both on and off his White Noise Radio show and appeared on the ‘White Noise 500’ compilation released in 2015. Dmitry Distant’s first release on Bass Agenda also got a vote of confidence when his track ‘Forme De La Nuit’ made it into Clarke’s “Best of Electro 2014” show.

Both artists have a penchant for the darker, more sinister side of electronic music and through channelling that dark energy take familiar track structures and twist them into something individual.

Dmitry Distant’s side of the record sees a journey through abstract soundscapes, hefty dark atmospheric Techno and Electro, rounded off nicely by a dark funk injected remix from Sweden’s Obergman. All made live with machines, Dmitry’s tracks are the authentic type of electronic music the popular scene would have you forget. No surprise then that his live schedule is taking him across Europe including a gig alongside the mighty Rude66 and Luke Eargoggle in Berlin.

Lectromagnetique takes you on a ride through some edgy, acidic and melancholic broken techno experiences. Whilst many seek to portray that cold, sci-fi, and industrial vibe in their music, few get to draw on the experiences of living in the Pripyat region on Chernobyl’s doorstep. As you listen you can feel and visualise places you would otherwise never dare tread or let your mind wander to.

This is a record for those who don’t accept the norm and want to challenge and excite their audience; all with the Bass Agenda seal of quality.
