About the release
"Drumline" immediately impresses with its chunky rhythmic groove. Toms and snares vie for attention as effects and drum fills crackle and fizz across the stereo spectrum. Beautifully textured pads enter the fray and a crystalline lead is filled with Vangelis overtones. Ellum Audio was launched in 2011 as a platform for Maceo Plex’s music, whilst also hosting high profile and emerging artists over the years. The coming weeks see two various artist compilations' arrive, welcoming the likes of Pete Tong, Christian Nielsen, Avision, Dino Lenny, and more to the label.

Part 2 kicks off with dance music legend Pete Tong alongside John Monkman for the excellent 'Ecstasis', before Avision takes things into tough yet uplifting territory on ‘In My Mind’. Rumbling bass from Citizen Kain, Waltervelt’s bleepy techno and spacious sounds from Melawati lead to a final opus from Greek duo Alexandros Djkevingr & Greg Ignatovich.

DJ, Producer and composer, Ian Ludvig is one of the most interesting Spanish Melodic artists.
An melodic sounds, with much strenght and personality. On his way he managed to be recognized by some of the best labels in the world. His recent co-produced track with Dennis Cruz -Good all days –though the Crosstown Rebels  label  and –EVERYDAY-  'ELLE' will be one of the tracks of the last year without any doubt,  released via Deepalma, track already reached #1 on Beatport Afro House .
