I wrote this in a good mood. That’s the irony.
Sometimes, when you’re far enough from the pain, you can finally speak the truth without shaking. This wasn’t about losing earbuds — it was about losing trust, and what it feels like when someone takes something they know brings you peace, and they do it anyway.

The voice in this song isn’t angry. It’s tired. It’s calm in a way that’s almost frightening — like someone who’s done explaining and is just watching to see what you do next. I didn’t want a scream. I wanted a confession disguised as stillness.

This was my way of writing a threat without making one. And it made me laugh while I did it, because sometimes, you can burn someone alive just by writing the truth with a straight face.

I am a healthcare executive completing a dual degree, Master of Public Health / Doctor of Health Sciences, focused on raising awareness about behavioral health, specifically among teens and college students. My dissertation research is focused on raising up the voice of college students beginning with communities of color. I am committed to helping people connect to their purpose in collaboration with mission-aligned leaders. Together we will achieve great things!

Our project is a first step in raising awareness about a national health epidemic. All proceeds are reinvested directly into proactive strategies for improving behavioral health among youth, teens, and young adults in collaboration with community partners.

Our youth, teens, and young adults are reporting the highest levels of loneliness on record according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Our work is going to help change that through simple actions that bring people together for the common good, focused on lifting people up, and creating stronger in person connections.
