After i did the retake of one of my favourite Kaos tapes from the Warehouse in Leeds.

I decided that this tape also needed redoing. In my opinion it is one of the best put together sets from when Soak first started and the music was more US house lead. There is some great, long forgotten classics on here. 

Again some of the mixes were a bit rough, where beats were clashing etc but the main issue was the sound quality. Anyone who knows this tape will know that the recorded master on the night was distorted and pretty much ruined it.

Like the Kaos retake, i have mixed it pretty much exactly the same, volumes, placements etc but a lot tighter than the original. 

I think the tape is mainly Sasha & Mike Pickering

I decided to draw music from 4 of my main residences from this time,spanning 10 years - Golden, introspective, Freetown and Shelleys.

Tribute to the infamous and legendary 'Number 1 Club' that resided at Central Street in Manchester (just off Albert Square) and ran between 1986-1993. History Of My House - Chapter 1 - 01-08-20 (In The Beginning)

I’ve decided to remake my first ever and probably most popular house mix in glorious hi-fidelity sound originally recorded over 25 years ago. Many may regard this as the golden age of early 90’s house between 91-93 and no doubt you’ll recognise many tunes taken from various sets including Sasha at Universe - Pleasure Planet, probably the most popular house mix amongst UK ravers to date! For me, this is where my house journey began and I still draw a lot of influence from the early 90’s.
