Back to basics! I finished writing this song last week and then recorded this version, in a single take with 2 microphones.

Weather System

I have been wrestling with this song for 2 years. There are multiple recorded versions, the rock version, the version with the upbeat chorus, the version with the downbeat chorus, the one before I had a clue what I was doing and sounded like elevator music. 

Since briefly capturing this song earlier this week (after about probably 30 tries!), I have agonised over it, how I should introduce it, what will people think of it, don't i sound a bit 'earnest'...  This morning I realised how utterly ridiculous it was of me to think I could 'capture' this song, it was never mine to own. 

So I am setting it free.
